Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash-Morgan, actor and a member of the SSC's board from 2011 is the co-founding artistic director of the new theatre company Speech of Fire. She was the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 until 2019. While serving as SSC's Artistic Directors, Lauren Ash-Morgan also held the positions of producer costume/set designers composer/music directors as well as text coaches. In her final year she worked as a director of lighting and design in SSC's production of King Lear. She had been the director of the ensemble, however in previous year, she directed her debut.
